At Efficult, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your sports T-shirts, tracksuits, or shorts, you may return them subject to the terms and conditions outlined below:

We accept returns within 7 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

    Items that are non-returnable include:
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Undergarments or swimwear for hygiene reasons.
2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within the specified return period. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and any additional instructions. Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Include the RMA number and a copy of your original order invoice in the return package.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received is defective, incorrect, or damaged during transit. We recommend retaining the shipping receipt and tracking information as proof of return.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process, depending on the payment provider.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item(s) on our website.
